For the 3rd consecutive year, Laguna Water was recognized by the Public Relations Society of the Philippines (PRSP) for its outstanding public relations tools. The company took home two Silver Anvil during the 52nd Anvil Gabi ng Parangal held at the Makati Shangri La Hotel, Makati City last March 10.
The largest water and used water services provider in the Province of Laguna bagged a Silver Anvil for Public Relations (PR) Tools- Special Events Category for Reaching More Communities in Laguna: The Inauguration of the Laguna Wellfield. Held last August 2016, the inauguration celebrated the development of a Centralized Water Distribution System with a supply capacity of up to 100 million liters of water per day to more than 135,000 families. The event also highlighted the successful public-private partnership between the Provincial Government of Laguna and Laguna Water, which has been instrumental in uplifting the lives of many families in the Province by making safe and clean water accessible and available to all.
The company also won a Silver Anvil for PR Tools – Multimedia and Digital Category for Your Partner Towards Transformation: The Laguna Water Story Video. The 11-minute audiovisual presentation unfolds the story of Laguna Water—its aspirations for the entire Province of Laguna, the different challenges it has faced, and the positive changes it has brought to the lives of many Lagunenses.
Celebrating excellence in public relations, entries at the Anvil Awards are screened by select PR professionals and judged by a distinguished multi-sectoral jury.
